Hope in Action: Supporting Nwabisa Ndzuzo’s Breast Cancer Journey

At the Silulo Foundation, we believe in empowering people to rise – through opportunity, community, and compassion. Today, we’re rallying behind one of our own: Nwabisa Ndzuzo, a powerful voice in youth empowerment and co-founder of Speak2Inspire.

Nwabisa has spent years helping others find their voice.

Now, it’s our turn to speak up for her.

💗 About Nwabisa

A passionate youth development practitioner, speaker, and mentor, Nwabisa Ndzuzo has dedicated her life to building confidence and leadership in young people – especially those in under-resourced communities.

Through Speak2Inspire, the organisation she co-founded, Nwabisa has trained hundreds of young leaders in public speaking, communication, and emotional intelligence. Her workshops, delivered through schools, community programmes, and initiatives such as The Clothing Bank and Foundations for Life, have opened doors for young people to express themselves, lead with purpose, and believe in their potential.

Beyond her entrepreneurial and community work, Nwabisa has served in various leadership roles within the Toastmasters community, from Club President to Executive Director, overseeing clubs across Cape Town. Her voice has inspired countless others to overcome fear, speak with conviction, and lead with integrity.

💪 Her Current Battle

In recent months, Nwabisa has been fighting a deeply personal battle – breast cancer. After undergoing treatment with courage and grace, she now approaches the next critical step in her journey: reconstructive surgery scheduled for March 2026.

🤝 How You Can Help

The cost of the procedure and related medical care amounts to R80 000, an amount that’s simply beyond reach without support. You can help Nwabisa reclaim her health and confidence by contributing to her recovery fund. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real and lasting difference
